What do guests pay?

Guests pay nothing. Campfire Vote charges the host only. Participants join by entering a party code like WINE-1234 or scanning a QR code, vote from their phone browser, and never create an account or install an app. A 12-person wine tasting costs the host $20 total, not $20 per person.

Which plan should you choose?

  • Hosting one event: choose Single Event at $20. It is a one-time payment with nothing to cancel.
  • Hosting two or more events a year: choose the Annual Pass at $35. Two Single Event passes cost $40, so the Annual Pass is cheaper from your second party onward.

Pricing FAQ

Do guests have to pay to join a party?
No. Only the host pays. Participants join free, never create an account, and never download an app. They enter a party code like WINE-1234 or scan a QR code.
Is there a free trial or free plan?
There is no free tier. The Single Event plan is a one-time $20 purchase with no subscription, so hosting one party carries no ongoing cost.
Does the Single Event plan auto-renew?
No. Single Event is a one-time payment covering one party. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again.
How many people can join a single party?
Up to 50 participants per party on both plans. Participants can be presenters who submit an entry or observers who only vote.
Which plan should I choose?
Choose Single Event ($20) if you are hosting one event. Choose the Annual Pass ($35) if you expect to host two or more events in a year, since it costs less than two Single Event passes.
What happens when my Annual Pass expires?
Parties you already hosted stay accessible. Creating new parties requires renewing the Annual Pass or buying a Single Event pass.
